PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Our online store accepts payment in the form of credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover). Your card will not be charged until the order has been filled. 

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

We will gladly exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your on-line purchase. All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have any original tags or packaging. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All sales final on body product. Thanks for understanding.

Please email info@offseasonnyc.com for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs. OFF SEASON is not responsible for return shipping costs.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

Orders are processed in New York and shipped from Rockaway Beach.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Direct signature required. If you request no signature, OFF SEASON is not responsible in case of theft.

 

TAXES:

Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%).

 

IN-STORE RETURN:

Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt for the current selling price. No refunds. No price adjustments. All sales final on bath and body product, swimwear, and footwear. Thank you for your business!
